The Dallas Market Center is an overwhelming 5,000,000 square foot wholesale trade center, made up of 4 different buildings housing showrooms which sell consumer products including: gifts, lighting, home décor, apparel, fashion accessories, shoes, tabletop/housewares, gourmet, floral, holiday, and more. Dallas Market Center hosts dozens of trade events throughout the year, including nine major markets attracting some 200,000 retail buyers.
Our fearless leader, Cody Williams spent a full 3 days trekking every inch to see what the top leaders of the home and gift industry had to offer, and he did not leave disappointed! Check out our recap video to get a glimpse for yourself of what it was like.
When asked what Cody's takeaways were from this year's show, here's what he had to say:
"I look forward to attending Dallas Market every year looking for new ideas and inspiration from leading designers not just in the balloon industry but from all aspects of design.The trending pastels, Navy with pops of gold, and the ever-popular black and white were showcased throughout showrooms with my favorite being the ribbon companies which are a perfect fit for balloon decor."
'Inspiration' was everywhere... It's found in Christmas ornaments, tree decor, ribbon, furniture and so much more. Design can be brought out from anywhere and brought into what we do at Cody's Red Balloon."
