You know what they say, “Time flies when you’re having fun!” well 2022 has been off to a high-flying great start here at Cody’s Red Balloon!
The first week of January, we attended the Dallas Home & Gift Market, where we made some exciting discoveries that we look forward to sharing with you in our new store very soon!
Several weeks later, Cody had the distinction to once again serve as an instructor for the FLOAT 2022 Convention in Chicago, Illinois. Caity Byrne (of All About Balloons in Washington D.C.) and Cody collaborated on two course specializations!
"Classically Organic" was all about getting back to the basics of great balloon design. Our other class, "Marvelous Mixed Media Madness" taught the next level skill sets of mixing different art mediums and supplemental accouterments."

On another VERY exciting note, our new storefront in San Miguel Square will be open for business this spring! We are eager to open our doors to all of the new and fun experiences we have planned for you! Between now and then, however, we would like to offer you a sneak peek at something new we are planning to offer at Cody’s Red Balloon. We are proud to introduce CRB Home Decor, our new luxury line of home decor products. The first of these offerings will be our luxury hand-poured, soy candles in two UPLIFTING scents: Ascend and Aspire.
Ascend means to move upward or to rise higher, which is the perfect accompaniment to our balloons. Ascend is the softer, lighter scent and comes beautifully packaged in a gift-worthy white box.
Aspire speaks of having great ambition or a strong desire to move upward. As such it is the stronger scent of the two, yet far from overpowering. Aspire comes tastefully packaged in a classic black box that you will be proud to give as a gift or simply keep for yourself.
